Village

• Ages: birth to 18 months (lap babies, crawlers, walkers)
• Each child accompanied by a parent or caregiver
• 45 minute class weekly
• Limit 12 children per class

A different theme every 9 weeks including: Cock-a-doodle-moo!,Dewdrops,Zoom Buggy, Dream Pillow, The Rhythm of My Day, Hickory Dickory Tickle & Bounce, Feathers, Do-Si-Do

Features: singing, chanting, vocal play, object and instrument play, baby massage, literature, movement to music, and parent education.

Materials for the Child & Family:1 Home CD, baby-safe instrument, Baby's Literature Book, Wall Banners, Downloadable Activity Journal.

Our Time

• Ages: 18 months to 3 years
• Each child accompanied by an adult
• 45 minute class weekly
• Limit 12 children per class

A different theme every 18 weeks including: Wiggles & Giggles, Away We Go!, Milk & Cookies, Fiddle-dee-dee

Features: singing, expressive movement, dancing, listening, creativity, emerging literacy, tonal, rhythmic & beat development, playing simple percussion instruments, parent/child interaction.

Materials for the Child & Family: Activity Book, 2 Home CDs, 2 Literature Books from the Kindermusik Library, a special instrument and carrybag.

• Partial parental/sibling involvement: "Sharing Time" last 10-15 minutes of every lesson
• 45 minute class weekly
• Limit 8 - 10 children per class

A different theme each term including:

See What I Saw, Toys I Make Trips I Take, Hello Weather Let's Play Together, Cities! Busy Places Friendly Faces

Features: singing, expressive movement, dancing, listening, creativity, tonal, rhythmic & beat development, playing simple percussion instruments, peer/adult interaction

Materials for the Child & Family: Family Activity Book, 2 Home CDs, a special instrument, 2 Storybooks from the Kindermusik Library, pretend play set and optional *Backpack (*1st term only)

Young Child

• Ages: 4 1/2 to 7 years
• Partial parental/sibling involvement: "Sharing Time" last 10-15 minutes of every lesson
• 60 minute class weekly
• Limit 8 - 10 children per class
• Four semesters of 18 weeks presented in sequential levels of instruction including glockenspiel, dulcimer and recorder

Features: singing & vocal development, creative movement & dance, focused listening, beat & rhythmic development, creativity, playing simple percussion instruments, exploring musical concepts, rudiments of reading & writing music, ensemble development.

Materials for the Child & Family: Child's Folder & Games Bag, Family Songbook, Home CD, Attendance Stickers, Music At Home Pages, Activity Pages & Manipulatives, Glockenspiel, Dulcimer, Recorder, Carry Case.

Family Time

• Ages: 0 to 7 years
• 45 minute class weekly
• 6-7 families

A different theme every half term including: Let's Play, Up in the Sky.

Features: singing, expressive movement, dancing, listening, creativity, emerging literacy, tonal, rhythmic & beat development, playing simple percussion instruments, parent/child interaction.

Materials for the Family: 1 special instrument, 1 Home CD, 1 Family Activity Magazine from the Kindermusik ABC Library.
